Description:
BH tower type dry mortar plant with annual output of more than 200,000 tons is large-scale dry mortar production line, with bag packaging machine capacity at 15 tons per hour, bulk packing capacity at 40 tons per hour. Specific dry mortar equipment can be customized based on different client’s area condition. This large scale dry mortar production line is computer controlled, with high automation, from the process of sand drying to the raw material automatic weighing, automatic mixing, automatic filling, to automatic bulk packing; it has unique project design, simple and scientific working flow, features at economic and environmental friendly, which mainly used to produce the premix mortar by mixing sand, cement, fly ash, cellulose, and additives together.
