Description:
The annual output of automatic dry powder production line mainly consists of high-efficiency mixing system, storage system, conveying system, lifting system, weighing system, mixing system, packaging system, dust removal system, material level control system, alarm system, air pressure system, and complete machine. Control system and other components.
The automatic dry powder production line generally uses 3-6 raw material tanks, which need to be lifted into small tanks using a bucket elevator. The clever material distribution system supports a bucket elevator distribution operation, thus avoiding waste of resources. Under the cooperation of the measuring screw, the metering system introduces the raw materials in the silo into the measuring bin, and realizes the raw material metering through the data feedback of the sensor. The metered material is guided into the main bucket lifter through the screw conveyor and lifted to the upper part of the mixer to be mixed. The mixing chamber is a pneumatic large opening type, and the material to be mixed can be quickly put into a gravity-free mixing machine to realize continuous production of dry powder.
The automatic dry powder production line uses a two-axis gravity-free mixer with a very fast mixing speed. Under normal conditions, the mixing is uniform in 8 minutes, and the production capacity is very high. The finished product mixed in the mixer is quickly opened to the finished silo for buffering and storage. The finished silo and the packaging machine enter the packaging machine through a soft connection for metering and packaging. Users with particularly large production volumes can add belt conveyors at the rear of the packaging machine to deliver the finished product directly to the finished area or truck.
The automatic dry powder production line of such automatic batching has simple design, small land occupation, small investment, quick effect, continuous production and high output. The double-shaft paddle-free gravity mixer not destroys the original state of the material, ensuring that the coefficient of the dry powder is not reduced due to the shape damage of the heat-insulating material, ensuring the quality of the product.
