Two-Nozzles 200L Fully Auotmatic Drum Filling Machine
Introduction
GZ200-D automatic series can accomplish the process of manual loading of drums, automatic infeeding the empty drums, automatic loosening the caps, automatic weighing filling with two filling stations, automatic capping, automatic outfeeding the heavy drums.
The D series adopts a combination of electromechanical and visual alignment technology. When the empty drums loads to the cap loosening station, the fiiling line will automatically turn the drum to the required position and complete the loosening process. When the heavy drum arrives at the capping station, the syetem will use vision correction technology to automatically outfeed the drum after capping process.
The D series has a high degree of automation, and usually requires functions such as automatic cap management, capping, labeling, palletizing, wrapping, etc., so it always requires a large area for long infeeding and outfeeding roller conveyors. And the filling line are always have an optional explosion-proof motor, exhaust air extraction equipment, or peripheral equipment such as capping machine, inkjet printer, labeling machine, palletizer, wrapping machine, etc.
