How to carry out the sealing test of Hydraulic Oil Tank?
Weld seal inspection: After the fuel tank is welded, before sandblasting, brush a layer of leak-testing paint—white color on the outside, and brush kerosene on the inside after drying. Because of the strong penetration of hydraulic oil, if the weld is defective, there will be traces of dampness on the outside, and ultrasonic flaw detection can also be performed.
