REIJAY’s Sae Flywheel Coupling are suitable for connecting a diesel engine and hydraulic pump or transfer case with housing installed. It consists of a nylon flange and an iron core. The simple two-part structure greatly simplifies the work in all design, production, and operation aspects.
Sae Flywheel Coupling is suitable for connecting construction machinery, construction machinery transmission system, diesel engine and hydraulic pump.
Using elastic glass fibre material, strong ability to absorb vibration and impact.
Oil-resistant, heat-resistant and cold-resistant.
Simple installation and adjustable axial dimension.
The spline bushing has a locking device to reduce spline abrasion.
The glass fibre disc and the shaft sleeve are connected by a reinforced large rectangular tooth, which is not easy to wear and deform, and has a long service life.
Suitable for connection with various standard SAE specifications or non-standard flywheels.
Maintenance-free.
Application scope of Sae Flywheel Coupling:
The couplings are used for the connection between the diesel engine and the hydraulic pump. To prevent damage, it is specially equipped with a CENTALOC spline fixed shaft core. It is a widely used coupling suitable for hydraulic transmission of construction and construction machinery.
