Light Weight And High Precision Hydraulic Oil Tank For Vehicle-Mounted Hydraulic Drive Systems
The hydraulic oil tank is a special container, which can not only store hydraulic oil, but also dissipate heat and precipitate oil dirt. Therefore, in addition to cleaning the oil tank, the upper cover of the hydraulic oil tank cannot be opened at will. An air filter is set on the oil tank to connect the atmosphere with the air in the oil tank through the filter. The hydraulic oil tank is generally composed of quick refueling connector, air filter, thermometer, oil level gauge, oil suction self sealing device, box, blowdown valve and other main components.
The reijay hydraulic oil tank is made of oil resistant aluminum materia. The structure of the oil tank is conducive to the internal circulation of hydraulic oil during use. The new configuration of the tank is cheaply manufactured through the rotary forming process. The oil tank has the advantages of light weight and low manufacturing cost, and is especially suitable for vehicle hydraulic drive system.
