The Flexible Disc Coupling Power Transmission Parts uses disc-shaped flexible elements to accommodate misalignment. Therefore, there are no moving parts and lubrication is not required. This allows years of service without routine maintenance. Floppy disk couplings have other significant advantages. It has high torsional stiffness, no back clearance and low bending stiffness. Provide precise connection at low axle load on connected equipment. The flexible disc coupling also has excellent high-speed performance.
A unique design feature of Flexible Disc Coupling Power Transmission Parts is that it has a combined disc set. This means that all discs and bushings in the package are pre assembled and will not separate. No loose parts can be groped during assembly. Flexible disc couplings are very suitable for remote areas because routine maintenance of lubricated couplings can be a problem. It can also be placed where high ambient temperature will cause problems in coupling with non-metallic components.

More than 40% of the employees in Reijay nowadays are professional engineers (including senior engineers) with bachelor’s degrees or above. At the same time, we are glad to have 8 senior product application engineers and development engineers (including a PhD in Machinery who studied in Germany before). Reijay has established cooperation with many well-known universities and research institutes in dynamic simulation analysis, motion, shock, dynamics, vibration, strength, and other reliability tests. Furthermore, Reijay also cooperates with some research institutes enterprises in development partnerships and industrial and mining application tests.
