High cooling efficiency and long service life Hydraulic Oil Cooler for engine sets
The hydraulic oil coolers all exchange heat between oil and cold water to achieve the effect of cooling. Some use cold air as the cold medium. Different hydraulic oil work fields have other choices, but they all accomplish the purpose of cooling according to the principle of heat exchange.
Generally, the hydraulic oil cooler selected in hydraulic engineering includes detachable plate coolers, brazed coolers and shell and tube coolers, which are designed to cool the oil heated due to work in the hydraulic process so that the hydraulic oil can always be kept within a specific temperature range, so as not to affect the piece of the machinery, to make the work efficiency more rapid and fast.
The hydraulic oil cooler is commonly used as the transmission medium for excavators, concrete delivery pumps, fine sand slurry pumps, boom pumps, vehicle-mounted pumps, pile drivers, trenchers, rotary drilling rigs, pavers, trenchless equipment, air compressor and road roller.
