High Heat Exchange Efficiency And Eradication Of Leaks Hydraulic Oil Cooler For Hydraulic Pumps
The hydraulic oil cooler is located in the cooling water circuit and uses the temperature of the cooling water to control the lubricating oil temperature. When the temperature of the lubricating oil is high, it is cooled by the cooling water. When the engine is started, the heat is absorbed from the cooling water to quickly increase the temperature of the lubricating oil.
The hydraulic oil cooler comprises an aluminium alloy casting shell, front cover, rear cover and copper core tube. In order to enhance the cooling, the radiator is installed on the outside of the pipe. The cooling water flows outside the pipe and the lubricating oil flows inside the pipe. The two exchange heat. Other structures allow oil to flow outside the pipe and water to flow inside the pipe.
