High moisture soft cheese production line
According to the best solution of producing high moisture soft curd cheese, a specific cheese making equipment was put forward.
The main machines constituting the cheese making equipment of the production line are:
Cheese jar
The cheese making equipment is a semi-circular cross-section closed solidification cylinder, which is cleaned under the CIP device. The barrel is equipped with parallel moving tools and longitudinal tools made of stainless steel blades.
Whey curd conveying device
The cheese making equipment unit consists of two modular tanks, which are processed in the alternating stages of vacuum and pressurized sterile air
Block mold filling system
The curd whey mixture is fed into a mold lock by a symmetrical collector
"Drip" drainage system with perforated bucket and filling the mold with curd
The curd whey mixture is fed into a perforated bucket for whey pre filtration and then into a block mold.
Curing system
You can process cow(goat)milk etc into various liquid or non-liquid dairy products.
