The tomato paste processing line can process a large number of tomato raw fruits and quickly process tomatoes into tomato paste. The tomato paste processing line includes all equipment for tomato processing and tomato paste packaging. Tomato cleaning and molding equipment
The tomatoes are continuously unloaded into the tomato unloading and cleaning device. Then the tomatoes are sent to the washing device and washed by water spray and air jet. Small scale processing can also be carried out by using a concrete cleaning tank for manual cleaning. The cleaned tomatoes are then transferred to the sorting table where the unacceptable tomatoes (damaged / rotten) in the production line must be manually removed.

The cleaned and graded tomatoes are then transferred to a fruit crusher where they are crushed to form a slurry. The slurry is directly put into the "hot / cold crushing system" and heated to 65-70 ℃ or 95 ℃ in the hot crushing system for enzyme inactivation. After this operation, the slurry is delivered to the pulper through a suitable pump to separate the pulp and waste. The separated tomato seeds, skins and wastes are collected in the hopper and discharged through the screw conveyor. The pulp obtained is called puree.

Then, the refined tomato juice from the pulper and the press is sent to the double effect vacuum evaporator, which is boiled and concentrated at low temperature under vacuum to maintain the sensory characteristics of tomatoes. For batch small-scale processing, the refined fruit juice is sent to a double set of steam kettles.

The final concentration of 14 Brix tomato puree /30 Brix tomato paste taken from the evaporator / kettle will be further used for pasteurization in the tubular pasteurizer and cooled at 45-50 ° C to fill the barrel.

Ketchup or sauce or mashed tomato:
Generally, ketchup is produced with existing ketchup or tomato puree in the off-season, and fresh tomatoes are rarely produced online.
Take out 30brix tomato paste /14 Brix cold / hot crushed tomato puree from 50l/200 l barrel and unload it into the fruit puree unloading tank. The ketchup is then pumped by a cam pump to the recipe tank at the desired feed rate to refine the ketchup. Add drinking water / demineralized water by volume to make it the required formula.

Prepare separately in the tank according to other ingredients of the formula, and then add them to the formula tank for uniform mixing. Syrup, vinegar, salt, etc. are prepared in the volume specified in the formula and added to the formula tank. Then add spices and essential oils according to the formula, and then mix again. Product recycling is to mix products properly. The blender provides continuous mixing to evenly mix the different ingredients of the ketchup. The final mixture (ketchup) can now be pumped to the tubular heat exchanger pasteurizer by a high-pressure homogenizer for pasteurization at 90-95 ℃.
