The automatic processing cheese factory meets the growing market demand for melted and paveable cheese.
The system includes steam cooker, which is characterized by special steam technology, which can be sprayed directly or through 4-rod double jacket. The product is then pumped into a dedicated storage tank and then into the UHT system to ensure maximum food safety. In the last part, the product is packaged. The cheese production line device has achieved considerable savings in time, labor and energy consumption.
The system is completely made of AISI 304 / 316 stainless steel and is completely used for CIP automatic cleaning system.

With the increasing demand for string cheese, beyond provides an innovative automatic production system.
The automatic production system of string cheese consists of the following parts: steam pot stretcher, which is directly introduced or passed through 4-rod double jacket, with additional feeder, facing the automatic forming machine equipped with special extrusion system. The final product is introduced into the automatic precooling and cutting system.
The final stage includes entering the salt water bucket and drying channel.
By using this system, our customers can choose the required diameter and variable length to produce fine line cheese.
The system is completely made of AISI 304 / 316 stainless steel and is completely used for CIP automatic cleaning system.
