GLF500 Top Hammer Full Hydraulic RC Drilling Rig
Description
1. Diesel engine driving hydraulic system. Walk, Travel, rotate, feed, hoist, land, lift, compensate, unload and so on are all run by hydraulic components.
2. During rock drilling operation, you can use reverse hammer that air compressor will provide wind to drive and slag.
3. In operation, you can use reverse hammer and double ply drill rod (intake air through the gap of the double ply, and slag through the inner tube) to make reverse circulation operation.
4. You can also use common drill rod to make positive circulation operation.
5. Working unit consists of feed system, slide guide (mast), top-driving rotary head, Intake box, slide plate, compensation mechanism, centering apparatus, unloading system and hoisting system, etc.
6. Axial compression, forward speed and rotation speed is adjustable.
7. Crawler self-driven structure travel mode, easy to move. Use crawler chassis. Steel track link(Inlaying rubber block is in option which is easy to travel on city streets).With four high landing legs as standard configuration. During long-distance transportation loaded with vehicle, it can be moved onto the vehicle directly and easy for transportation, no need to lift.
8. During operation, four hydraulic landing legs will adjust the rig body level and stability
9. Hoisting can lift for items (such as drill, tools, etc.) within 1.0 tons, can also be assisted in unloading drill pipe and drill rigs.
10. The slide guide (mast) can work in the range of 90 ° to 45 °. The mast belt with a compensation mechanism , can make the mast move to the working table to keep the stability, and improve the working accuracy.
11. Level instrument and dedicated centering apparatus ensure the perpendicularity and accuracy of the drilling hole.
12. Compressed-air system provides special oil mist lubricator to lubricate the hammer and longer the serving life of it.
