The F series mud pump has a compact structure, which is durable and can be employed in the demanding offshore drilling operation. It has five models for your choice, with the input power ranging from 500HP(373kW)to 1600HP(1176 kW).
Technical Features
The F series mud pump has advanced and compact structure, and stable operation, which can meet particular requirements of oil field high pressure pumps and high displacement drilling, during medium and deep drilling operation.
The F series mud pump has a longer stroke and is stable, and it can be kept being used in a lower stroke rate so as to prolong service life of wearing parts on the hydraulic end.
By adopting forced lubrication combined with splash lubrication, more efficient lubrication is guaranteed.
The suction valve and a purge valve of the F series mud pump can be exchanged, and the three hydraulic cylinders and main parts on the hydraulic end of eachpump can be exchanged. Besides, it can be exchanged with the main parts and damageable pieces of NOV F series mud pump.
By utilizing the durable hydraulic end of the F series mud pump, performance of a triplex mud pump is greatly increased. In addition, its independent design is convenient for rapid inspection and maintenance.
