Drilling Rig TP100 Iron Roughneck 2 7/8＂～10＂pipe range
The TP100 iron roughneck is the equipment used for load/unload and screw operation of the drill joint. Remote operation can improve safety and reduce labor intensity of operators. The whole machine adopts modular design, composed of column assembly, support arm assembly, clamp assembly, screw assembly, hydraulic system and electric control system, etc. with compact structure, small occupation of drilling floor area, can be applied to not only the new drilling rig, but also the upgrading of the existing drilling rig.
The main features:
Ÿ standard driller room remote operation and body emergency operation, optional wireless remote control operation;
Ÿ wireless remote control with torque display function, easy to operate;
Ÿ using fuzzy control algorithm, more stable operation;
Ÿ main clamp rotation Angle up to 60°, fast and efficient unloading;
Ÿ adopts flexible design, screw once in place;
Ÿ with the function of "intelligent clamping", which can automatically adjust the clamping force according to the type of pipe and fittings to reduce the damage caused by the clamping teeth on the pipe and fittings;
Ÿ step by step process operation, one-button positioning, one-button up/unloading;
Ÿ Built-in security interlock protection against misoperation and can be integrated into the ZMS system.
Ÿ with pipe menu function, only need to set once, the program automatically call pipe parameters, loading and unloading operations;
Ÿ Perfect fault alarm, prompt function, convenient maintenance;
Ÿ Provides data storage, record, and trend analysis functions (optional).
Ÿ can integrate screw oil spraying device (optional).
