Accumulator description of Drilling Rig Spare Parts
The accumulator is an essential and important component in the hydraulic transmission system. It has the functions of storing energy, stabilizing pressure, absorbing hydraulic shock, eliminating hydraulic pulsation, and reducing power consumption.
NXQ- accumulator cavity is divided into two parts by the bladder: the bladder is filled with nitrogen, and the bladder is filled with hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic pump presses the hydraulic oil into the animal energy device, the bladder is deformed under pressure, the volume of the gas decreases with the increase of the pressure, and the hydraulic oil is gradually stored. If the hydraulic system needs hydraulic oil, the energy device will discharge the hydraulic oil to compensate the energy of the system.

Inflation pressure
Shock absorbing - the normal pressure of the energy generator set point or a slightly higher pressure is used as the inflation pressure;
pulsation absorption - 60% of the average pressure of the pulsation is used as the inflation pressure;
energy storage - the inflation pressure should be lower than the system minimum 90% of the working pressure and 25% higher than the maximum working pressure.
Capacity selection:
When the liquid is flushed or drained slowly by the animal energy device, it is enough to allow the nitrogen to fully exchange heat with the surrounding environment when it is pressurized or depressurized, so that the working temperature remains constant. This is an isothermal change. On the contrary, when The animal energy device is filled and discharged quickly, so that the nitrogen cannot fully exchange heat with the surrounding environment when it is pressurized or depressurized, which is an adiabatic change.
