In order to ensure the normal construction of the drilling rig and avoid failures as much as possible, it is important to know the correct use of the drilling rig in addition to selecting a drilling rig with good quality and performance
1, First of all, there must be an essential first step, that is, the installation and preparation of the drilling rig. 1. Prepare the rock drilling cavern. The cavern specifications can be determined according to the drilling method. Generally, when drilling horizontal holes, the cavern height is 2.6-2.8 meters, when drilling upward holes, and when drilling downward holes or inclined holes, the cavern width is 2.5 meters, and the height is 2.8-3 meters. 2. Lead the air and water pipelines, lighting lines, etc. to the working face for future use. 3. The column shall be erected firmly according to the design requirements of the hole. The upper and lower ends of the pillar shall be padded with wood plates, and the horizontal shaft and snap ring shall be installed on the pillar according to a certain height and direction. The machine shall be lifted by the hand winch, fixed on the pillar according to the required angle, and then the hole direction of the drill shall be adjusted.
2, Secondly, the second key step is the inspection before operation. 1. When starting work, carefully check whether the air and water pipelines are firmly connected and whether there is air and water leakage. 2. Check whether the oil injector is filled with oil. 3. Check whether the screws, nuts, joints, etc. of each part have been tightened, and whether the column is firmly jacked.
