Different Geological Structures In Different Places
Different geological structures are often encountered in the drilling process of drilling machine. In order to achieve good drilling effect, it is necessary to understand the drilling methods of different geological layers
For example, when drilling gypsum layer, the drilling fluid shall be pretested first. Calcium ions can be removed by adding anti gypsum treatment agents such as soda ash calcium removal and viscosity reducer. In case of quicksand formation, the viscosity of drilling fluid must be increased and the bentonite content in the drilling fluid must be increased. Generally, it is required to be greater than 10%. A single seal is added to enhance the wall building property of the drilling fluid. In engineering, by appropriately reducing the displacement and reducing the erosion of convective sand layer, the well section must be closed with thick mud with viscosity greater than 80s before tripping out, so as to ensure the smooth running of drilling equipment and electric logging casing
