BW 250 Mud Pump Product Description
BW-250 (grouting pump) mud pump is a horizontal three cylinder reciprocating single acting piston pump with two cylinder diameters and four speeds. The pump has two cylinder diameters and four gear variables. The large cylinder liner is used for supporting the 1000m large diameter drilling rig and the small cylinder is used for matching 1500m small diameter drilling rig. BW250 grouting pump is mainly used for conveying mud with core drilling machine, and can also be used for grouting, mine drainage and long-distance water conveying.

BW 250 Mud Pump Main Features
1. It can meet the needs of large and small diameter drilling rigs with four gear flow, large flow regulation range and reasonable parameter selection. It can be used with XY-4 core drill and XY-5 core drill. It can meet the needs of different caliber, different hole depth and different geological core drilling.
2. The piston is a bowl shaped self sealing S-type polyurethane rubber piston with nylon back, which greatly improves the service life.
3. There are five dust-proof sealing rings on the pull rod to prevent the mud at the hydraulic end from entering the power end and the lubricating oil filter at the power end. It has been proved by many production tests that the seal is reliable and the performance is good. So that the service life of the gear is prolonged.
4. The inlet and outlet valves are made of steel balls. The valve cover is equipped with sound reducing rubber pad to reduce the impact noise.
5. The pressure gauge adopts BY-1 seismic pressure gauge with long service life.
6. Compact structure and beautiful appearance.
7. Good detachability, easy to repair and move.
