Oilfield drilling waste management cuttings dryer APVCD930 for sale
Cuttings dryer is used to process the oil bas drilling mud waste. It is also referred to vertical cuttings dryer. It can help users to manage the oil base mud waste. It will save further treatment cost and get more dry disposals saved space or volume. The oil base mud waste after processed can be used to fill the ground or make bricks.
The liquid is forced to pass through the screen bowl openings, while “dry” solids are extracted by the angled flights attached to the cone, which rotate slightly slower than the bowl. Tungsten carbide protects the flights from abrasive solids and ensures long operational life. This aids in maintaining a constant gap between the scroll and screen bowl, which is crucial for proper operation.
Cuttings dryer holding high efficiency on drilling waste separation and it will minimize drilling cuttings content in drilling fluids. The cuttings dryer decrease disposal percentage benefit much on “0” disposal application. Separate drilling mud recycling by solids control system effectively. The air knife and the shaker screen basket are important components for whole drilling cuttings dryer. The working principle is similar with centrifuge decanter. However, difference is one centrifugal force is horizontal and the other is the vertical direction.
Aipu produces 2 types of cuttings dryer. One is APVCD930, the other is APVCD700. However, most users prefer APVCD930 because of its larger capacity. The cuttings dryer model number means the internal screen basket diameter. 930mm means the diameter of the screen basket is 930mm. While the 700 means the diameter of the basket is 700mm.
