APSB8X6 centrifugal pump including different configuration on the motors and impeller. Centrifugal pump provide the power of drilling fluids transfer to different mud equipment and tanks / compartments.
APSB8X6 pump means the inlet diameter is 8'', while the discharge port diameter is 6''. Such difference on pump ports generates pressure. And under the centrifugal force introduced by impeller rotation in pump casing. Such pumps are mature equipment used in drilling mud process. But it's different with the MUD PUMP set close to the drilling rig.
Centrifugal pump used in drilling mud system is the single stage and single fuction pump. It pumps drilling mud from compartments to another. And they are almost set horizontally driven the the explostion proof motor.
Solids control centrifugal pump are referred to different pump according to their function and position. For example, the desander pump, desilter pump, trip pump, mixing pump, charge pump, and so on
This model pump including APSB8X6X11, APSB8X6X12, APSB8X6X13, APSB8X6X14. There will be different motor power according to the pump impeller and the flow rate demand. Furthermore, the electrical system will affect impeller selection or motor selection. For such big pump, we kindly suggest 75HP, 100HP motor or even larger one.
