APLCQ300 Centrifugal degasser is also referred as a kind of vacuum degasser. If we use vacuum degasser APZCQ series, then no need on the APLCQ centrifugal degasser. It is also the second phase cleaning equipment in whole drilling mud system. It is set after shaker to separate little quantity gas in drilling mud. This degasser helps to maintain drilling fluid property and safe working condition. Compared with APZCQ degasser, it occupies less space.

APLCQ300 Degasser brief

It's a vertical type degasser. So it takes less space or the foot print. And it's main vessel body is immersed in drilling fluids. Under powerful suction force, the drilling mud is fed into degasser and the bubbles will be broken soon. The degassed clean mud then is transferred to mud cleaner.

It's rather effective and easy to operate. The main components including the motor, the vessel, the gear box, the pump, air vent line. Control cabinet.
