The main equipment and configuration is same with all complete solids control system. Including shale shaker, degasser, mud cleaner, decanter centrifuge, centrifugal pumps, mixing hopper and the shearing pump, mud agitators, mud guns. mud tanks, the electrical control system, lighting system. Among the equipment, the shale shaker is the first equipment in the whole fluids system. The degasser can be vacuum degasser or the centrifugal degasser. Regards the mud cleaner we suggest the 3 in 1 design or the separated desander and desilter mounted on large bottom shaker fit with 4 panels of screen. Considering the large flow rate requested in drilling fluids system we design large size mud tanks so we'd better select APMA11 mud agiator or APMA15 mud agitator. Mud centrifuge including middle speed APLW centrifuge and the high speed APGLW centrifuge. The feeding pumps for centrifuges can be submersible or the screw pump.
