APZCQ series vacuum degasser is a special equipment to get rid of invaded gas, can wipe off the invading gas soon, play an important role in recalling drilling mud proportion, keeping drilling mud performance. At the same time, it can also be an agitator with big power, suitable for variable kinds of drilling fluids purification system.
Vacuum degasser is the 2nd purification equipment in the whole drilling mud system. It serves to get rid of entrained gas in drilling fluid Mainly remove small bubbles that a liquid film has enveloped and entrapped.
The function of vacuum degasser is to break the air and gas out, such as methane, H2S, and CO from the mud to the surface. Usually, fluid is sucked from the shaker tank under the vacuum force. Furthermore, vacuum degasser plays the role of agitation in drilling fluid. Based on universal design, Aipu vacuum degasser can be customized according to your practical demand.

The material of vacuum degasser can be common carbon steel or the H2S resistant steel. At some drilling sites, there is no ignitor connected directly to gas vent port, but at some drilling sites, such as a gas field or shale gas drilling the vacuum degasser is connected with ignition device via a line to make sure the gas can be burned safely.
Vacuum degassers are not operated continuously. As the entrained gas quantity is not as large as the gas flow out of the choke manifold or the elevating pipe. We can turn it on when entrained gas raise.
