Product Introduction
An efficient TBM slurry separation plant is the basis for the successful use of slurry-supported tunnel boring machines(TBM). TR tunneling mud system is of modular system construction. It is designed for the treatment of all kinds of slurry used in common construction techniques.TR Solids Control utilize our shale shakers, desander desilter, as well as decanter centrifuges to processes separate and remove the excavated solids from the bentonite suspension – a mixture of water and thixotropic clay. The cleaned fluid is then transferred back to the slurry circulation.
TR TBM mud system is designed with creative concept, compact structure, efficient working effects, and practical application. Our separation plant has different capacity to match with different diameters of tunneling machine. The compact separation plant with easy installation and assembling units makes it convenient for users to move the whole mud system along with the tunneling machine in the process of tunneling. What’s more, the good performance and high efficiency of separation plant can remove all useless solids, keeping water clean, convenient to operate.
