Benefits of TRLW Series Decanter Centrifuge
1. Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process;
2. Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L;
3. Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement;
4. Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.

Introduction
Decanter centrifuge is a mechanical equipment which utilize the principle of centrifugal and sedimentation and can carry out continual separate the suspend liquid with density difference. Ruggedly built for oilfield and industrial services, it is especially effective in environmentally sensitive areas. Our decanter centrifuge delivers high fluid-recovery rates and efficient solids control to significantly reduce the costs of makeup fluids and disposal.
TRLW series decanter centrifuge which made by our factory can clarify, dehydrate and classify the suspensions with 0.002-3 mm solid-phase particles and thickness range at 0.5~40%. In the gravity force field or centrifugal force field, the light liquid phase, the heavy liquid phase and the solid phase with different density and mutually insoluble in the mixed liquid, respectively gain different sedimentation speed, and thus separate and stratify. In the gravity force field it is called gravity separation,while in the centrifugal force field it is called centrifugal separation.
