1. The wireline drill rods are of the highest quality ,are manufactured to exacting specifications using advancing machine technology,they mainly used for water well drilling,core drilling,geological exploration etc.
2. They are manufactured from seamless steel tube by cold drawn.The material meets the global standard.
3. Drill rods are made from quality heat treated materials which ensure superior strength, wear resistance and toughness in the most demanding applications
4. Rods and casing are manufactured under stringent industry standards, and are field tested under a variety of conditions.
5. Tube body,we only choose the best steel tubes in the market to manufacture our rods and pipes,high quality heat-treated alloy steel tubing offers consistent concentricity, straightness.
6. Thread,accuracy of threads will determine the use effects and life time of drill rod and casing,Proprietary tapered threads provide additional strength and ensure the easy make and break of rod joints.
7. Heat treatment,surface of the threads will be cleaned to remove burr adhered after threads are opened.
8. Afterwards, the tread surface will be phosphated to improve surface conditions.
9. Heat treatment process will provides more material strength and significantly increases thread wear life.
