Roller Bits Core Barrel Foundation Piling Heat Treatment Different Size
Core Barrels with Roller Bits are used to cut an annular ring in rock or concrete or reinforced concrete,they adopt the high-carbon steel and special drilling bits angle to keep the drilling strength and efficiency.
Drilling core barrel with roller bits drilling rock Core with hard facing strip for durable use life,they are used to cut a ring in rock or concrete, mostly to initiate the borehole.
Core barrel with roller bits are applicable for very strong rock formations with compressive strength greater than 100Mpa.
The most important advantage of a core barrel is that it assists to concentrate the torque and crowd force on a small ring of cutting teeth.
The diameter series of buckets are standard sizes,other lengths and diameters can be supplied on request.
