The hydraulic system is the most important part of the river sand dredger and bucket wheel dredger. The dredge pump is high efficiency made from wear resistant casting impeller and liners fitted on heavy duty shaft and high quality roller bearings.
The impeller is fitted on the shaft by trapezoid thread directly machine on the shaft end. The shaft sealing is a water cooled sealing that can be replaced after wear life. The impeller is a special type of double curved vanes high efficiency and wear life optimized tested in laboratory and onboard of dredgers. The impeller is fixed on the shaft
