1. How do you control the material quality before producing dredgers?
* Checking the Business License and Registration Certificate of Suppliers.
* Using calipers to test the thickness of steel plate.
* Using sclerometer to test the hardness of the steel plate.
2.How do you ensure the quality of pontoons welding
* After the completion of welding, clean up the welding slag on the surface, and check the welding status by air pressure test or brush coating with kerosene.
3.Tell me your advantage of equipment Assembling
* All the equipments on the dredger should be well-know brand.
* Using three dial gauges to adjust the concentricity of engine, gearbox and pump.
* All the Hydraulic pipes are pickled three times.
4.May I cusmize my own dredger painting?
* Sure!
* All DINGKE Dredger construction parts are of shot blasted plate with shop primer.
Dredger after construction and assembly all rusty surfaces, welding spots and damaged shop primer will be cleaned and coated with primer.
* The painting of machine parts, readily supplied by third parties will be cleaned and touched -up in the original color.
