Product Description
Factory Motor-Driven Traveling 25 Ton Double Girder Overhead Crane, also known as a bridge crane, that operates on an elevated track. The bridge frame of the bridge crane runs longitudinally along the track laid on the two sides of the viaduct, and the lifting trolley runs horizontally along the track laid on the bridge frame, forming a rectangular working range, so that the space under the bridge can be fully used to lift and transport materials without being hindered by the ground equipment. Bridge crane is an important tool and equipment to realize mechanization and automation in modern industrial production and lifting transportation. Composition
It is composed of lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism and trolley frame. The lifting mechanism includes the motor, brake, reducer, drum and pulley block. The motor drives the drum to rotate through the reducer, and causes the wire rope to be wound on the drum or lowered from the drum, so as to lift or lower the weight. Trolley frame is the frame that supports and installs lifting mechanism and trolley movement mechanism and so on. It is usually welded structure.
The rotation mode of the trolley is divided into two types according to the installation position of the reducer. One is installed in the middle of the driving wheel of the trolley, so that the torque borne by the output shaft of the reducer and the rotation shaft on both sides of the trolley is relatively uniform. The other is that the reducer is installed on the side of the trolley driving wheel, which is more convenient for installation, maintenance, maintenance and so on.
