QZ type grab bridge crane grab introduction:
The take-up device is a four-wire grab of a double reel, which has a simple structure and reliable operation. The grab can be opened and closed at any height. When the material block is below 100mm, the effect is good and the productivity is high. A toothed grab is required when the grab weight is greater than 200 mm. Grabs are only suitable for loose hand materials under natural accumulation conditions. When picking up underwater materials or special materials, they must be specially made when ordering. When used in the open air, it is required to have rain protection.
QZ type grab bridge crane ordering instructions:
1. The following main parameters of the crane should be determined before ordering: lifting weight, span, lifting height, working system, track type, vertical chamber type and door opening direction, grab type.
2. When using in the open air, it is necessary to have rainproof facilities. It should be noted in the contract. At this time, the total weight and wheel pressure of the crane will increase by about 5%.
3. There are two kinds of grab opening and closing directions, i-type is the opening and closing direction and the running direction of the cart; ii type is the opening and closing direction and the running direction of the trolley. When using the ii type, please indicate it in the contract.
