In the operation process of bridge crane, its control system plays a crucial role, in addition to the common CAM controller control and master command controller control these two control forms, bridge crane also successfully realized automatic control, thus improving the performance of each action.
The automatic control system of bridge crane includes the automatic control of programmable logic controller, the control of automatic positioning device, the rectification and electrical synchronization of vehicle operating mechanism, the electromagnet and its control circuit, and the ground control.
The operation of each mechanism of bridge crane depends on the program control device. While its automatic positioning is generally determined according to the operating environment and accuracy requirements of the controlled object.
