• Check whether the signal bell, signal lamp and lighting equipment are perfect, test the lifting height and running limit switch, and whether the brake action is sensitive and reliable, check each transmission device, operating mechanism, running wheel of large and small vehicles, reel, hook, Check the wheels, pins, wire ropes, etc. for wear and bad spaces, and check for obstacles on the track and within the operating range.
• The lifting, starting and stopping of the crane should be slow, and it is forbidden to change direction suddenly during operation. When the crane is operating, it is forbidden to pull heavy objects diagonally or to lift up the workpieces buried in sand or other objects.
• During the operation, the driver only listens to the command of one person, and the driver and the commander should have obvious hand signals. The driver should respond with an audible signal before the execution. In case of danger or crane failure, no matter who sent the "stop" signal, they should stop immediately.
• The steel wire rope should be inspected regularly, and oiled every 15 days. Before oiling, the oil dirt on the steel wire rope should be cleaned up, and the lubricating oil should be heated to about 60 ℃ to promote the infiltration of the lubricating oil into the rope interval.
• In the event of a sudden power outage, a large voltage drop, or equipment failure, the driver should immediately move the controller to the zero position and pull the power switch. If the heavy object is in the hanging position, measures should be taken to allow the heavy object to fall slowly.
• After work, the hook should be raised, the car should be parked at the end of the cab, and the equipment should be inspected and cleaned, and daily maintenance work should be done.
