General Description:

The 100mm LCD Portable X-Ray unit is a high frequency X-Ray Imaging Scope which is based on CCD sensors imaging princle. Model is a unique device combining radioscopy and radiography functions. It is equipped with small display transmitting images to the computer, which by means of simple software can be recorded to digital media or printed out. The unit is indispensable in traumatology and orthopaedics for emergency diagnostics.

Operating principle:

When the power is switched on and press the start button, the machine begins to work.The first impulse signal from the main circuit board, which is amplified by power, produces high voltage to the X-ray tube anode.At the same time of the second pulse signal from the main circuit board, the power amplifier, supplies power to the X-ray tube filament, make the X ray tube produces x-rays, and through the digital display panel shows the corresponding numerical (KV/mu).The object is placed between the outer decorative cylinder and the liquid crystal display, and the LCD displays a clear image of the object being seen.In order to make the X-ray machine work steadily, the system adopts pulse width modulation technique to keep the tube current and tube voltage constant, and the X ray tube works in the optimum condition.The system has soft start function, so that the X ray tube anode has no high pressure overshoot.The main controller adopts the micro-patch device and works at the frequency of 20KHz, which greatly improves the efficiency of the whole system, eliminates the audible noise, provides the operator with a quiet environment for use, and also reduces the volume.The portable X-ray machine adopts the high efficiency switching power supply, which has the protection function of over current and over pressure.In order to ensure the safety of portable X-ray machine, the machine is equipped with various protective devices to ensure its safe and reliable work.

Methods of product maintenance:

Portable X-ray machine should be installed in the machine room of clean, non-corrosive gas. During non-use, it should be covered with dust proof cloth cover or plastic cover, or placed in the box；The surface dirt should be cleaned with a fine gauze pad. Avoid using organic solvents such as alcohol or acid reagent to clean the surface, so as not to damage the surface of the portable X-ray machine.
