The PRM-V series fully automatic vertical packaging unit is mainly suitable for automated packaging of seeds, pesticides, food, grains, flour and other fluid materials.
Features
1. The PRM-V series fully automatic vertical packaging unit can be connected to different weighing equipment according to material characteristics for automatic packaging of granular, powdery and liquid materials;
2. This unit can realize fully automatic weighing, bag making, filling, coding, sealing, punching and finished product output;
3. Equipped with PLC programming control system, servo power system and pneumatic execution system to realize the operation control of the entire packaging process through human-machine interface;
4. The setting and modification of packaging parameters can be completed through touch screen operation. The system can memorize and store 10 different product packaging parameters, which can be recalled at any time when changing product packaging;
5. This unit can automatically produce pillow bags, gusset bags and bags;
6. Reasonable structure and configuration ensure that the equipment can operate normally in a low-temperature environment, and low-temperature protection design can be carried out according to customer needs.
