Product Description
1. The SABR process adopts self-aeration and bio-enhancement technology. The biological runner is formed by a combination of air bags. The motor drives the chain to drive the runner to rotate. The air bag takes air into the water during the rotation and releases it slowly to complete the water body. Aeration and agitation of high-efficiency and reliable solid, liquid and gas three-phase biofilm system has been established, without the need for blower aeration.
2. SABR self-aeration biofilm integrated sewage treatment device is a patented product of Kaiyuan Environmental Protection (Group) Co., Ltd. Its essence is an organic combination of traditional activated sludge process and biological turntable technology.

1. Small footprint: the integrated structure design is adopted, the units with different processing functions are concentrated in the same reactor, and the footprint is less than 0.8m2/(m3·d);
2. Short construction period: The main process system can adopt the formal form of equipment and enamel tanks, and it can be used when the pipeline is connected to the factory, and the construction period can be controlled within 45 days;
3. Easy maintenance: the use of water mechanical power instead of blast aerator and microporous aeration plate greatly reduces the failure rate;
4. Convenient management: Cloud control technology can realize remote monitoring and control of various process equipment, and can realize unattended operation.
