Product Description
1. Combined buried sewage treatment equipment has a wide range of applications, it is suitable for laboratory, hotels, restaurants,hospitals, residential areas, office buildings, shopping malls, nursing homes, schools and other places produced sewage treatment,and also for food, paper, brewing, slaughtering and other organic sewage treatment.
2. Integration of buried sewage treatment plant in biological contact oxidation process as the core technology of a kind of high efficient sewage purification treatment equipment, it can be buried, (can also be placed on the ground above) to eliminate the ground construction government for examination and approval of planning, design, construction, insulation and other complex link,at the same time, has the good water quality, stable running, convenient management, low noise characteristics.
Working principle
1. Sewage first enters the grid pool, and the household garbage in domestic sewage is first discharged through the grid.
Then enter the adjustment tank to adjust the water quality and quantity
2. Then it is pumped into the anoxic tank by the lifting pump, and the submersible mixer is arranged in the anoxic tank for
nitrification and denitrification.Combined with aerobic denitrification and dephosphorization, large organic particles were
decomposed into small organic particles to improve the biodegradability of wastewater.
3. Then the sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic biochemical reaction.The substance was degraded by biological oxidation and the effluent flowed into the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation.The supernatant of the sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank and kills harmful bacteria in the water through ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
4. The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the aerobic tank by sludge reflux pump, and the rest sludge is self-precipitated to the sludge tank.The sludge in the sludge tank is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator.The sludge supernatant is returned to the conditioning tank by the mixed liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
