Product Description
The integrated sewage treatment device is a kind of high-efficiency sewage purification treatment equipment with the biological contact oxidation process as the core technology. It can be buried in the ground, eliminating complex links such as government planning approval, design and construction, thermal insulation and other ground construction. At the same time, it has the characteristics of good effluent quality, stable operation, easy management and low noise.
The device using international advanced membrane bioreactor technique ,and combined the membrane separation technique ,biotreatment technique ,and intelligent control technique .The production of the equipment is standard ,serial ,modularized .
Features
1. Buried below the surface, the surface above the equipment can be used for greening or other land use, without the need to build houses, heating and heat preservation.
2. The two-stage biological contact oxidation treatment process adopts push-flow biological contact oxidation, and its treatment effect is better than that of completely mixed or two-stage series completely mixed biological contact oxidation tank. It is smaller in volume than the activated sludge tank, and has strong adaptability to water quality, good impact load resistance performance, stable effluent water quality, and no sludge expansion. The tank adopts a new type of elastic three-dimensional filler, which has a large specific surface area and is easy for microorganisms to hang and remove the membrane. Under the same organic matter loading conditions, the removal rate of organic matter is high, which can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
3. The biochemical pond adopts the biological contact oxidation method, the volume load of the filler is relatively low, the microorganism is in its own oxidation step, and the amount of sludge is small. It only takes more than three months (90 days) to drain the sludge (using a manure truck to suck or Dehydrated into mud cake for transport).
