Product Core Components
1. Aeration (agitator) system: The aeration system adopts a porous pipe system with small and medium pores. The air distribution is uniform, and the air volume can be adjusted and controlled, so as to ensure the irregular movement of the biological filler in the reactor, and continuously block and break the rising bubbles. In the anaerobic reaction tank, a banana blade-shaped submersible mixer is used. Under uniform and slow stirring, the biological filler and the water body produce a swirling water flow state. To achieve the ideal flow state of uniform mixing, while protecting the biological filler from damage during the mixing process.
2. Effluent interception system: The effluent interception net keeps the biological filler in the biological pond while maintaining the well-designed flow pattern in the reactor. The form, pore size, and installation position of the interception net are different due to different biological fillers, and the outlet area depends on the unit outflow load of different pore sizes. The interception net device has a porous flat plate or a winding welded tube type (vertical or horizontal direction)
