Moreover, due to the mass concentration of activated sludge in the aeration tank The increase in sludge and the emergence of special bacteria (especially the dominant flora) in the sludge increase the rate of biochemical reactions. At the same time, by reducing the F/M ratio to reduce the amount of surplus sludge produced (or even zero), so as to basically solve many outstanding problems existing in the traditional activated sludge method.
Main Features
① Biological contact oxidation method is adopted in biochemical tank, the volume load of the filler is relatively low, the microorganism is in its own oxidation stage, and the mud production is small, It takes more than three months (90 days) to discharge the mud (use the manure truck to pump or dehydrate into mud cake for transportation).

Compared with the activated sludge tank, it has smaller volume, strong adaptability to water quality, good impact load resistance and stable effluent quality
No sludge bulking. New type of biological filler is used in the tank, with large specific surface area, and microorganism is easy to hang and remove the membrane, with the same organic load Under the condition of high removal rate of organic matter, the solubility of oxygen in air can be improved.
③ The main equipment can be buried below the underground frozen layer, and the surface above the main equipment can be used as greening or other land, without building houses and heating. Insulation. According to the customer's requirements, the equipment host can also be placed on the ground.
④ Conventional high-altitude exhaust is adopted for the deodorization of the buried sewage treatment equipment.
⑤ The whole equipment processing system is equipped with a full-automatic electrical control system, which is safe and reliable in operation. Generally, it does not need special personnel to manage, but only needs timely to maintain the equipment.
