Description
Cone rubber fenders adopt the new structure design of cone rubber body and front steel frame, make the fender in the reaction under the condition of no increase, the design compression deformation increased from 52.5% to 70%, its emergence, can make the dock structure light-duty design and reduce the project cost, is an ideal alternative to the cell rubber fender. Besides, the installation of an facing pad (PE) in front of the front panel can reduce the friction coefficient between the ship and the fender, and greatly reduce the shear force (horizontal force) generated by the fender when the ship is berthing, thereby increasing fender life.
It has been ten years since the cone rubber fender came into being. The design of cone rubber fenders has become a new trend in wharf design and represents the new level of wharf fender design.
