1.BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) jumbo rolls are premium-grade master rolls specifically designed for high-performance adhesive tape production. These industrial-sized rolls, manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene resin, serve as the foundational material for manufacturing various types of packaging tapes, printed tapes, and specialty adhesive products across multiple industries. 2.Our BOPP jumbo rolls are available in widths ranging from 1,000mm to 2,500mm (with custom widths available upon request) and thickness options from 35μm to 60μm, maintaining strict ±1.5μm thickness tolerance for consistent quality. The material features excellent tensile strength (MD ≥120N/mm², TD ≥200N/mm²), optimal elongation properties (MD 80-120%, TD 40-70%), and high modulus of elasticity (1,800-2,200MPa), making it ideal for demanding tape applications.
3.Our quality assurance process includes ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing, comprehensive online defect detection, and full batch traceability with Certificate of Analysis provided for each shipment.
4.Optimized for high-speed converting operations, our BOPP jumbo rolls support processing speeds of 300-800m/min with recommended tension settings of 10-15N/mm². Minimum order quantity starts at 10 rolls with production lead times of 30-45 days, available under FOB/CIF terms with standard payment terms of 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
