• Thermal spray wire​

Introduction:

We offer thermal spray wire PMET 885/Ni95Al5/Tafa 75B/ MEC 885, the size is from 0.8mm to 3.2mm, and customized size and spool package as supported. The Material Ni95al5 could be used in vacuum coating.  AndNiAl95/5 is kind of nickel aluminum alloy for thermal spray. PMET 885/Ni95Al5/Tafa 75B/ MEC 885 is widely used as a bond coat for subsequent thermal spray topcoats and as a one-step build up material for dimensional restoration of aircraft engines. Thermal spray wire ni95al5 can be achieved on clean smooth surfaces. Roughening of the surface by machining, grit blasting or grinding can increase the bond strength up to 10,000 psi. Changzhou DLX alloy produce Ni95Al 5 wire and Ni exhibits good resistance to high temperature oxidation and abrasion, and excellent resistance to impact and bending. NiAl95/5 can be machined and ground to a finish of 5 micro inches. It is a self-bonding, one step material and is also suitable for the build-up and dimensional restoration of nickel-based alloys. 

Typical Uses and Applications:
This material has proven very effective in providing long term protection to boiler tubes against high temperature sulfidation. The wrought material is highly resistant to sulfur/vanadium atmospheres up to 1800°F. Wrought material of this type has shown a 2 mil per year corrosion rate over a nine year period when used in the super heater section of boilers. Coatings of 45CT wire applied to boiler tubes have shown virtually no loss of thickness or spalling after 24 months of service (as of this writing).

Products are generally supplied in standard cardboard boxes, pallets, wooden boxes. Special packaging requirements can also be accommodated. (also depend on the customers' requirements)
For the Thermal spray wires , we wind small size wire less than 1.6mm wires on spools. Bigger size over than 2.4mm in coils. Then put spools into cartons, Then put the cartons onto pallet or wood box.
