The copper-based low resistance heating alloy is widely used in low-voltage circuit breaker, thermal overload relay, and other low-voltage electrical product. CuNi34 resistance alloy is a kind of copper nickel binary alloy, which is of low temperature coefficient of resistance. And it is applied to manufacture rheostat, shunt, controller and other low voltage electrical components with a maximum operating temperature of 300°C. Due to its good heat coefficient, this alloy is widely used in low temperature heating cable of automobile heating cushion, railway snow melting, etc.
Copper nickel CuNi34 alloy has low electric resisitance, which have 34% nickel and balance is copper, it is good heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, easy to be processed and lead welded. It is used to make the key components in the thermal overload relay, low resistance thermal circuit breaker, and the electrical appliances. It is also an important material for electrical heating cable.
