Product Overview

High-frequency microcomputer control maintenance-free wall-mounted DC screen is a highly reliable product that the company sets many years of development experience and design, including AC input and distribution part, rectification part, DC output, monitoring part and other components.It has the characteristics of small volume, simple structure, wall hanging installation, no space, and is suitable for small switch station, small user substation, intelligent building distribution and other places.The system is composed of rectifier module, monitoring module, step-down module, power distribution unit and battery mounting board. It has small volume, simple structure and independent composition system; the monitoring module adopts LCD Chinese character menu display, perfect system monitoring and intelligent battery management functions, four-remote interface connected with the automatic system, two communication options of RS232 and RS485, and three communication regulations of RTU, CDT and MODBUS.

The system provides DC current for instruments, instruments, relay protection and accident lighting in breaker splitting, closing and secondary circuits.

Functional Characteristics

◆ Suitable for systems formed below 65AH / 220V, or systems below 65AH / 110V.

◆ Up to 310A natural cooling digital smart modules can be installed.

◆ The modular structure is adopted, the system is composed of AC distribution, DC feed, rectification module, antihypertensive unit, monitoring unit, and flash device, with the characteristics of small volume, simple structure, wall hanging installation, no space and other characteristics.

◆ The antihypertensive unit has an automatic silicon chain antihypertensive function, with a maximum current of 4A and an impact current of 30A/0.5S.

◆ The monitor adopts LCD display, Chinese character menu, key operation, which can realize the system parameter setting, system working parameter display, system reason dark indication and system calibration.

◆ The monitoring unit has the function of automatic management of the battery, providing two communication options: RS232 and RS485, and three communication regulations: RTU, CDT and MODBUS, which can be connected to the power station automation system.

◆ The monitor can realize battery voltage, control mother voltage, control mother current, battery charge and discharge current, module state detection, module fault, bus voltage limit, main road AC power loss, real-time alarm of bus insulation fault.

Note: Signal box can be added according to user needs to realize accident information or forecast information warning function.

Two AC roads can be selected (in which PT100VAC power supply can be selected), and PT power supply automatically limits the output power.

System Working Principle

The two municipal power lines automatically switch input for one way to supply power to the rectifier module.The rectifier module converts the input AC AC to DC DC to charge the battery and supply the closing bus (bus) load; the closing bus supplies the control bus (bus) load through the antihypertensive module.Various functional modules operating in the system are controlled by the main monitoring and background monitoring and remote monitoring. The monitoring can display the operation information, query information and control system in real time.
