The mask making machine is mainly composed of feeding raw material group, folding group, bridge of nose group, welding and drawing group and Pull fabric group .
The whole machine from the raw material into the bridge of the nose line insertion, sealing and cutting finished products are all automated operations.
1. Feeding part of raw materials
This process is to put 2 layers of upper and lower non-woven cloth, 1 layer of middle layer of melt spraying cloth and nose bar into the material rack. The material rack is made of pure aluminum alloy with sensor function. When there is no cloth on the material rack, the mask will stop automatically, which is very convenient!
2, Folding Fhape
This process is to fold the three layers of cloth together, and fold out the shape of the mask piece to finalize the design. The roller is processed with pure aluminum alloy to make the folded shape more beautiful and stable.
3, bridge of the nose line
This process is for the automatic installation and cutting of the nose bridge line. This process is an important part of the mask machine. Our master has 18 years of working experience.
4, pressing out the pattern and sealing edge welding molding
This process is for pressing out the patterns and sealing the edges into shape. You need to add your own company's LOOG to the mask, and you can add it in this position.
5. Complete the mask
After the above procedure, a mask body can be completed, with the efficiency of 110-120 pieces per minute.
