Description
Juneng Separator enable separate the extreme tiny ( as less than 1mm) solid particles which dispersed in suspensions from the liquid phase out.
To separate, laminate or sedimentate the solid particles in liquid by getting different sedimentation speeds under centrifugal force field for light/heavy phase or solid phase that are of different densities and not solvable each other in liquid mixture (turbid liquid).
The DBY series disc separator has high-speed, stable, and efficient liquid-liquid and liquid-solid separation equipment that can automatically discharge slag. It is mainly used for two-phase clarification and separation in the beer, milk, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. All components in contact with the material are made of high-quality stainless steel material, which can effectively reduce the corrosion of the separated material and the surface of the parts in contact, and comply with the requirements of food hygiene laws. This machine adopts an upper feeding form and has low requirements for the inlet pressure of the material.
