The structure of LW430 centrifuge : It consists mainly of auxiliary motor, differential, spiral, drum, main bearing, base, hood, transmission and main motor. The working principle is as follows: the suspension enters the drum through the feeding pipe and the spiral discharge port, and under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation, the solid phase particles with a large specific gravity are deposited on the inner wall of the drum, and the helical blades moving relative to the rotary drum constantly scrape down the solid particles deposited on the inner wall of the rotary drum and push out the slag discharge port. The separated supernatant flows out of the drum through the opening of the liquid layer regulating plate.
