DHYY series disc separator is a special equipment for oil refining with high speed, stable, airtight, efficient and automatic slagging. The separated light and heavy phase materials are respectively output by two centripetal pumps of different sizes. The machine adopts the form of upper feeding, the inlet pressure of the material is low. The power transmission adopts the hydraulic coupler and a pair of spiral gear transmission, the use of liquid to transfer power, not only stable growth, but also overload protection.
This machine is widely used in the continuous refining of vegetable oil, such as degumming, soaping, and washing processes, as well as the refining of fish oil.
